Sudachi juice can be used to replace lemon in both savory and sweet preparations: sorbets, fruit salads, cocktails. It will also go wonderfully with your sauces to accompany fish and seafood.

The company Bando Foods is a very small family company, based in the Tokushima department (Shikoku island) , which cultivates Japanese citrus fruits yuzu, sudachi and yukoh on an area of more than 7700m². All fruits are grown between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Its annual production is around 25 tonnes. Part of its production is sold as is in Japan. The other part is transformed into products such as the yuzu and sudachi juices that we offer to you. It is one of the only companies in Japan to be certified organic for Japanese citrus fruits, from the cultivation of the fruits to the their production This is why Umami is one of the only companies in France to be able to offer pure organic yuzu and sudachi juices.
