Data collection and processing purposes

FAMD sarl collects personal data on any user browsing, consulting and ordering on our site, including through the use of cookies in accordance with the legislation in force.

This data collection is carried out when the User :

creates an account.

subscribes to newsletters or alerts proposed by our company.

places an order or a return request on the site.

The data collected is necessary for the following processing:

Management and monitoring of commercial relations between FAMD sarl and the customer (including operations relating to orders, deliveries and returns, transactions, payments and invoices, complaints, etc.).

Sending commercial prospecting.

Personalization of the contents of the Site, display of targeted advertisements in particular on social networks.

Sharing of information with our commercial partners, such as the transport companies La Poste and DPD, the review collection company Trusted Shop, the credit institution Société Générale and also the police services in the context of judicial requests.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User is informed that this automated processing of personal data has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The user may expressly object to the processing of his personal data. To do so, he/she simply needs to write to the email address david@wakagi.fr.

The User indicates his name, first name and postal address. His request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing his signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

FAMD sarl has a period of 2 months from the receipt of the User's request to respond. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or lack of response from FAMD.

Duration of data retention

FAMD sarl keeps the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or the prospect. The period starts either from the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to the customer service, or the sending of an e-mail to the customer service, or a click on a hyperlink in an e-mail sent by FAMD sarl, or the placing of products in the shopping cart without completion of the purchase, or finally a positive response to an e-mail asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial prospecting after the expiry of the five-year period. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, the information allowing to establish the proof of a right or of a contract, or preserved under the respect of a legal obligation can be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Security measures taken by FAMD sarl to ensure the protection of personal data

The company FAMD sarl implements all technical means in accordance with the rules of art to maintain the integrity, security, confidentiality of data and in particular prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or that unauthorized third parties have access.

When placing the order, no banking data is collected or stored by the company FAMD sarl.  Famd sarl uses the services of Sogecommerce (Société Générale) certified PCI-DSS via the security protocol TLS 1.2 to ensure the security of payments.

Prevention and fight against fraud

The data collected are also used in the prevention and fight against fraud, especially credit card fraud. FAMD sarl reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the customer when placing the order and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order, this to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence.

In the absence of negative response from the customer, the company FAMD sarl reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer.
