The San-In is the blended whisky range from the Kurayoshi distillery. It is composed of two references.
The aging of The San-In in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years gives it freshness as well as a fruity side. This is a whisky very rich in aroma. The annual temperature is high which contributes effectively to aging. The pure underground water of Mount Daisen gives a smooth and mellow taste to this light and refreshing whisky.
