SHO CHIKU BAI Japanese sake
Here is the most traditional sake in the Takara range, a sake with a semi-dry and strong character which is excellent hot, at room temperature, "on the rocks" or in cocktails, it will also pair wonderfully with various dishes .
This “Sho Chiku Bai classic” sake, resulting from a 100% natural, smooth and well-balanced fermentation, is presented in a small bottle since it only contains 180 ml: a very practical format. This packaging is therefore ideal for occasional tasting or simply for making a few cooking recipes. It can accompany meat as well as fish, sushi or even tempura, hot (never boil it), it is excellent! Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and sunlight.
