Sukiyaki sauce is a sweet and savory soy sauce, an essential ingredient of a good sukiyaki.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (Water, soybean, wheat, salt), sugar, water, wine (contains sulfur dioxide), salt, yeast extract.

Sukiyaki is a traditional dish. It contains vegetables and thin slices of beef, cooked as the meal progresses in a pot placed on a stove in the center of the table. Sukiyaki is similar to shabu-shabu (Japanese variant of Chinese fondue) but, instead of being cooked in broth, they are simmered in special sukiyaki sauce. In addition everyone has a bowl with a raw egg simply beaten to soak their vegetables or meat before tasting them.

Can also be used to quickly fry meats and vegetables in a wok or pan.
