How to use it?
1 - Pour water in the bottom of the container (the lid should not touch the water)
2 - Put the lid on and put some charcoal in it, then light it
3 - Put the metal grid previously oiled and put your food on it, you just have to taste it!
If you use it for a long time, check the quantity of water remaining at the bottom of the barbecue with the help of the side holes. Don't hesitate to add more water by lifting the lid with potholders.
Use in a well ventilated room. Use the barbecue on a heat-resistant board (provided). Do not touch the barbecue with bare hands during use. After use, make sure the fire is out.
